Our dedicated inspection room which act as a controlled environment such as air cleaning chamber to blow out and exhaust dust in key components where manufactured products are being checked and contaminated particles eliminated. These contaminants are generated by people, process, facilities and equipment. QC inspector are required to equip with face masks, hair nets and smocks. Strict rules and procedures are followed to prevent contamination of the product. Batches of work will be taken from the work area to the inspection room. The inspection process in taking place in all working shifts, simple defects could be fixed with prompt action taken.
